Sara Komosa is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 7 years of experience in medicine and nursing, most of which has been in the cardiovascular field.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She began her nursing career in Interventional Radiology for 2 years, she then spent the next 3 years in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, then finishing her last year as a nurse in the Pre and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. During this time, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from United States University and received her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Sara has always prioritized her patients’ needs, with one of her strengths being her ability to take the time to listen. She believes it is crucial to involve patients in their healthcare decisions and ensure that they feel both understood and supported.
